THE PRE-REQUISITES TO BE A PATHSHALA PLAYSCHOOL FRANCHISEE:
1.
Good educational background with sound financial leverage to invest
up to Rs.1 to 5 Lakhs.
2.
It should have a minimum of 1200 sq. ft. or above of floor space
(ground floor), preferably in a prime residential area.
3.
Payment will have to be paid in advance for getting approval of your
proposed site for the PATHSHALA Play School Franchise.
4.
Sign the Franchise Agreement by paying the balance of the Play School Franchise Fee.
LOCATION & TERRITORY:
•
Location
& area demarcation will strictly adhere.
• Management
expects every Business Partner to be sure about the territory to
conduct the operation while agreed upon.
• Management
expects the Business Partner to have over 3500 sqft along with over
500 sqft of the play area in a prime residential locality
TRAINING & SUPPORT:
• Management
with its panel of child education specialists provides training to
the faculties identified by the business partners.
• It’s
certified training at our Corporate / Regional facilities.
• Management
conducts the Annual Upgradation Program.
• Any
new course module or teaching pattern are identified, Management will
inform & update every Business Partner during the course.
•
Management
will provide a Master Plan for its layout & interiors along with
the technical knowhow.
CURRICULUM & COURSE MATERIAL:
• Management
provides access to Business Partners towards the teaching pattern &
course content.
• Management
facilitates Business Partners with the requirement for the course,
like books, uniforms, bags, etc.

Along
with its panel of education researchers, Management upgrades &
reviews its course content, will inform & update every Business
Partner during the course.
PLAY / LEARNING EQUIPMENT / FURNITURE:
•
It’s
our Management policy to follow our Master Layout Plan at all our
centers.
• The
Corporate / Regional offices will be your single point contact
regarding everything that goes into making Business Partner’s
center, a presentable one.
• Apart
from the described Master Layout Plan, every Business Partner has its
liberty to choose extra merchandise from our equipment/furniture
portfolio.
• By
policy every equipment/furniture that’s supplied is specially
designed or procured, keeping the age group in mind.

Management
is very particular about the location & ambiance which will make
our centers like every child’s second home.
• The
course content & material devised by Management are of
International standards.
• The
teaching style & pattern are thoroughly influenced by the science

& MEDIA PROMOTION:

• Periodical
brand building exercise will be carried out nationally, regionally to
area-specific which will be shared by both Management & its
Business Partner.
• Along
with Business Partners, the Management ensures that the brand is
supported by a well-planned advertisement campaign in electronic,
print & below the line communication exercise.
• Apart
from our well laid out media plan, every Business Partner has its
liberty to carry forward brand building exercise, provided its
creative artwork or graphic is approved by the Corporate / Regional
office.
